Faculty of Administration and National Security of the Jakub of Paradies University in Gorzow Wielkopolski (Poland), the Baltic Defense College in Tartu (Estonia), the University of Tartu (Estonian Republic), the Estonian Military Academy in Tartu (Estonia), Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) (Estonia) and the Institute of Public Administration and Social Policy at the Faculty of Public Policy of the Silesian University in Opava (Czechia) and Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University (Ukraine) have a pleasure and an honour to invite you to participate in the International Scientific Conference “Communication. Disinformation. Propaganda. Information warfare ecosystem", which will take place on May 25 and 26, 2023 via the MS Teams platform. The languages of the conference are Polish and English.
During the conference, we would like to consider how the information environment and the social communication processes taking place in it evolve under the influence of crises, and how the development of tools, methods and techniques of information warfare affects its effectiveness and how these crises are generated. In particular, we opt for approaching these problems in the context of the geopolitics of superpowers, armed conflicts and the use of propaganda, deception, disinformation and intoxication in them. We also would like to discuss ways and methods of effective development of social resistance to the negative impact of information.
The aim of the conference is also to initiate and maintain cooperation between scientists representing various research centers, including the exchange of knowledge and experience.

Applications for active participation in the conference should be sent by April 30, 2023 together with, in the case of a presentation in Polish, the title of the presentation in Polish and English and its summary in both languages (200-250 words) or, in the case of a presentation in English, with the title presentations and a summary in English (200-250 words).
Feedback on qualifying the application for the speech will be provided to the interested parties by May 5, 2023. Presentation time 15 minutes.
Passive participation can be submitted until May 20, 2023.
